Polls:Abdulsalam, Kuka and Others Meet with Atiku, Saraki and Others Over Presidential Election Result

The National Peace Committee, NPC, driven by an ex-Head of State, Abdulsalam Abubakar, on Thursday met with three of the significant performers in the simply finished up presidential decision. 

The gathering was held in Abuja and looked to locate an agreeable answer for the question being produced by the result of the surveys. 

The NPC met with Vice President-elect, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, Presidential applicant of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar; Vice Presidential hopeful, Peter Obi, PDP Campaign D-G, Bukola Saraki, National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus, among others. 

Abdulsalam, Rev. Matthew Kuka and others additionally met Osinbajo in the Presidential Villa, Abuja late on Thursday. 

They had held a shut entryway session with Atiku and Obi prior at night. 

The Committee met with Atiku and Obi at about 6pm, and met with Osinbajo later in the day at the Presidential Villa. 

Top among the individuals from the NPC at the gathering were Abubakar, Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Hassan Kukah; Cardinal John Onaiyekan; and Rev. Fr. Atta Barkindo. 

A news source prior detailed that Atiku had rejected the aftereffect of the decision, vowing to approach the court to look for review. 

He said that he had before the declaration of the aftereffect of the race by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, told General Abubakar that the race had been fixed and he was not going to acknowledge the outcome.
